Doug advises on a broad range of patent litigation matters, supporting clients in the technology industry. He has experience across all stages of patent litigation, including pre-suit investigation and case assessment, claim construction briefing and Markman hearings, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and post-trial proceedings. Doug's technical focus areas include vehicle driver assist systems, blockchain, video transcoding, encoding, and streaming, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based networking and computing.

Before law school, Doug earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and was a technology consultant at Incentive Technology Group, specializing in software development. While in law school, he served as a staff editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.
