Dian advises startups and high-growth companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including formation and structure, equity and debt financings, secondary transactions, corporate governance and exit transactions. She regularly counsels venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic investors that finance and partner with emerging companies.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Dian was an associate counsel at a prominent venture capital firm and an emerging companies associate at a leading international law firm.

During law school, Dian served as fundraising chair and a senior editorial board member for the Harvard Journal of Law and Gender. She also was vice president of communications and public relations for the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project.
