Deena represents technology and life sciences clients at all stages of litigation.
Before joining Fenwick, Deena was an associate at a large international law firm where she represented clients in a broad range of litigation matters. She also maintained an active pro bono practice and successfully represented asylum seekers, as well as assisted clients with housing, immigration, and criminal matters.
Deena previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sandra L. Lynch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Honorable Rya W. Zobel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. During law school, Deena represented tenants in eviction proceedings as a member of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau and served as an Executive Managing Editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review.
