Deanna advises technology and life sciences companies on a broad range of litigation matters, with a focus on patent litigation.

Deanna has worked on cases involving a variety of technology areas, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, chemical manufacturing, and computer software. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial, and appellate proceedings.

Deanna maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented tenants experiencing habitability issues in New York and Minnesota state courts.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Deanna was an IP litigation associate at a leading Am Law 100 firm, where she gained experience in patent and trademark litigation.
