David concentrates on emerging companies and venture capital and has experience on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including private, public and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Fenwick, David was an associate at a leading international law firm.

Prior to engaging in the practice of law, David led a successful career with the U.S. Army, serving as an artillery officer in logistics, intelligence and operations roles while serving two deployments in Afghanistan.

While in law school, he worked on the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, Veterans Legal Clinic and the National Security Journal.
