David advises on a broad variety of corporate matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries, from newly formed startups to mature, late-stage private companies, VC funds and strategic corporate investors. His experience spans a wide range of corporate matters, including startup formation and corporate governance, venture capital and debt financings, tender offers and structured secondaries, and mergers and acquisitions and restructurings.
David is active in the New York entrepreneurial community, serving as a legal mentor for the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute, a community of entrepreneurs from across all of NYU’s schools and colleges. David frequently hosts workshops and office hours advising founders from these early-stage companies.
Prior to joining Fenwick, David was an associate at two prominent international law firms. During law school, David was a staff editor of the Journal of Law & Business and served on the Business Transactions Clinic.
