Daniel advises on a broad variety of litigation matters to support clients in the high technology and life sciences industries. He has represented clients in patent and antitrust proceedings, before the district courts, Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), as well as matters at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Daniel’s practice spans a wide array of technologies, such as high efficiency video coding, telecommunications networks, computer hardware and software applications, speech recognition systems, and medical devices. He has experience in all phases of litigation including discovery, claim construction, summary judgment, and trial.
Daniel also has experience advising on compliance with international laws relating to data privacy and security, internet governance and content regulation, as well as conducting audits of data protection policies and procedures.
