Daniel represents technology and life sciences companies in all stages of complex commercial litigation and class action lawsuits.

Before joining Fenwick, Daniel served as a law clerk to the Honorable James G. Carr of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio as well as the Honorable David L. Horan of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Daniel’s past experience also includes serving as an employment law and litigation associate at an Am Law 50 firm.

During law school, Daniel served as symposium editor of The Georgetown Law Journal and staff editor of The Annual Review of Criminal Procedure.
