Crystal concentrates on trademark matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries. She advises clients on brand management, including domestic and international trademark clearance, trademark prosecution, dispute resolution and enforcement. Crystal has extensive experience working with companies developing innovative products and services in web3, including NFTs and blockchain, as well as counseling clients in this space in IP licensing. She also regularly advises clients in the artificial intelligence (AI), autonomous vehicle, fintech, digital communications and networking space.

Crystal is active in the International Trademark Association and is currently a member of the Young Practitioners Committee.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Crystal was an associate at a leading law firm where she counseled corporate and individual clients in intellectual property matters, including intellectual property portfolio management, IP procurement and enforcement, licensing and general IP-related transactions.

During law school, Crystal was an editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review.
