Chris helps cutting-edge technology companies in all stages of their lifecycle who leverage blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 navigate intricate regulatory landscapes, venture financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Chris’s practice spans the unique and constantly shifting issues that arise from Web3 technology projects, decentralized assets and models, and blockchain initiatives. He provides guidance to clients on tokenization, token generation events, and non-fungible tokens assets. He also counsels on issues related to the growing sector of metaverses.

During law school, Chris was a fellow at the Harvard Berkman Center for Law and Technology focused on Web3 from 2014 to 2016.
