Christian advises technology and life sciences companies with respect to corporate finance, SEC reporting and governance matters. Christian has represented issuers, underwriters and initial purchasers in a wide variety of public and private financing transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, high-yield debt offerings, SPAC transactions, at-the-market offerings, private investment in public equity (PIPEs), preferred securities offerings, liability management transactions and restructurings.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Christian worked at two leading international law firms and an international accounting firm.

While in law school, Christian was a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law, President of the LLM Tax Council, and represented Georgetown at EUCOTAX 2018 in Edinburgh, Scotland.
