Charles represents clients in a range of litigation matters in the technology and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Charles was a litigation associate at a leading international law firm, where he represented clients from the automotive, entertainment and financial services industries, in consumer and securities litigation, regulatory investigations, arbitrations and other civil actions. Previously, he clerked for two terms for (now retired) Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin of the Supreme Court of Canada.
