Cecilia advises on a broad range of matters to support clients in various stages of the technology, consumer and life sciences industries. She has counseled private and public companies on securities law compliance, corporate governance and other general corporate matters and has represented companies both in the U.S. and in cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and strategic investments.

While in law school, Cecilia served as Co-Editor-in-Chief for UC Law SF Communications and Entertainment Journal, as a Board Member and coach on the nationally ranked UC Law SF Moot Court Team and as a student representative. She also received 9 Witkin and CALI Awards and worked as a law clerk at top San Francisco based law firms.
