Catherine has over 20 years of experience representing special committees, boards, and companies in regulatory and internal investigations. She represents technology companies, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, in regulatory and internal investigations into alleged accounting fraud, bribery and corruption, insider trading, scientific fraud, and whistleblower matters throughout the world.

Recognized as a top securities litigator and leading woman in tech law, Catherine represents technology companies, including Fortune 500 companies, boards of directors, and executives in complex regulatory and litigation matters. Her clients include SomaLogic, Blue Apron, GeneDx, Danaher, Equinix, and GoPro. She is ranked by Chambers and is widely recognized as a leader in securities litigation and enforcement. Over her career, Catherine has developed a track record of securing favorable results for clients in securities litigation, including in the Ninth Circuit and before the Delaware Court of Chancery. Catherine has extensive experience representing public companies and their officers and directors in actions arising under federal and state securities law. She has an impressive record of successfully securing dismissals in securities class actions during the pleading stage.
