Bryan advises startups, emerging companies, and venture capital investors across a wide range of industries and growth stages on matters including formation, equity and convertible debt financings, secondary sales, and exit transactions.
Bryan received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was a member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
Before becoming an attorney, Bryan worked for several years in regulatory affairs roles in the nuclear energy and medical device industries.
