Brittney advises technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, antitrust compliance issues, and investigations by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Brittney worked as trial attorney for the Antitrust Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she played significant roles in many complex merger and conduct investigations as well as in several litigated enforcement actions in federal court. Brittney’s experience spans numerous industries including technology, financial services, and entertainment. She also worked as special assistant U.S. attorney for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.
