Briana advises technology and life science companies on a broad variety of corporate matters, including startup law, mergers and acquisitions, and blockchain technology.

During law school, Briana assisted the small business community through the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Law Pro Bono Project and advocated for the incarcerated community as Co-President of the Stanford Prisoner Advocacy and Resources Coalition. She also served as Community Service Chair of Black Law Students Association. Briana's commitment to community earned her the SLS Leon M. Cain Community Leadership Award in 2022.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Briana worked as a litigation assistant.
