Brian advises startups and emerging companies in the technology and life sciences spaces on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.

While attending law school, he served as a law clerk for the University of Washington Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and a legal intern for both a leading biotechnology company and an online pet care marketplace. Brian was also an online editor for the Washington Law Review and received the Dean’s Medal.

Before law school, Brian worked at a mid-size law firm as a legal practice assistant, primarily supporting attorneys with public finance transactions and other municipal law matters.
