Brandon advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of corporate matters, including venture capital financing, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Brandon worked as a sales executive at a prominent computer technology company.

While attending law school, Brandon interned in the legal department at a software technology company. He also served as a research and teaching fellow and participated in the Moot Court team, winning a national competition. Additionally, he participated as a Student Associate in the corporate module of UC Law SF’s Start Up Legal Garage, where he advised emerging technology and biotechnology companies on a variety of broad corporate matters under the supervision of leading corporate law firms.
