Kevin “Bo” Beaugez is a member of the firm’s private investment funds team and advises clients on structuring, raising, managing and investing in venture capital funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators, corporate venture funds and crypto hedge funds.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Bo worked as an attorney at a prominent Delaware law firm, where he represented fund sponsors in connection with private equity fund formations, subscription financings and internal reorganizations. Prior to law school, Bo worked as an advisory consultant at a Big Four accounting firm.
