Beth focuses her practice on corporate matters including capital markets and mergers and acquisitions for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Beth was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm.

While in law school, she served as a summer associate at global law firms and was also a staff editor for the Columbia Business Law Review.
