Ben advises clients on a broad variety of corporate matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.

During law school, Ben was a legal intern at the Arizona Justice Project. In this role, he worked to overturn wrongful convictions and assist with cases of overly harsh sentencing. Ben was also an Editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology.

Prior to attending law school, Ben worked as a Commercial Real Estate Agent and was Vice President and Co-Owner of a trucking company.
