Ben represents emerging and high-growth companies in the technology, blockchain and artificial intelligence industries on a variety of corporate matters, including venture capital financing and mergers and acquisitions. He draws on a strong business background to help innovative companies thrive.

During law school, Ben served as Co-Chair of the JD/MBA Association and President of the Native American Law Student Association. He earned both his J.D. and M.B.A from the University of Chicago and received his B.A. with high honors in American Studies from Wesleyan University.

Before attending law school, Ben worked in strategy and operations at a multinational technology company, where he focused on acqui-hires, mergers and acquisitions.
