Bailey assists in the drafting of U.S. and foreign patent applications for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.
While pursuing her J.D. at Berkeley Law, she was a director for the Women in Tech Law student organization and received a Law & Technology Certificate in recognition of completing a number of courses focused on technology law. Prior to law school, Bailey held internships at multiple leading technology companies. While completing her B.S. in Engineering, Bailey participated in Harvey Mudd College’s Clinic Program, where she worked with a company that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide irrigation analytics to optimize agricultural yields. Bailey was part of the team that developed a low cost, high precision dendrometer and improved the company’s existing water sensor system.
