Ari provides strategic and comprehensive counsel on a broad variety of corporate matters to a diverse portfolio of clients in the technology industry, including startups, late-stage private companies, public companies and investors. From incorporation to fundraising to IPO, and beyond, Ari navigates companies through every transition of the corporate lifecycle, advising on formations, equity financings, capital markets transactions, strategic ventures and day-to-day corporate matters.

Ari also acts as a trusted advisor on general corporate compliance, SEC reporting and governance issues. His approach is centered on offering practical, strategic advice to help his clients maximize successful outcomes.

Ari's investor clients include traditional VC firms, corporate VC clients, 1940 Act funds, angel investors and non-traditional tech investors.
