Andrew advises technology companies in a broad range of commercial transactions involving intellectual property across industries, including software and gaming. He has particular experience in intellectual property transactions such as complex collaboration agreements, commercial contracts, and technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Andrew also brings this experience to bear when working with commercial technology companies at the intersection of technology and the public sector, including in the government funding and procurement arena. He has experience drafting and counselling on government contracts and subcontracts for commercial technology products, as well as with the intellectual property and cybersecurity considerations involved in these agreements.

Andrew is an active member of the ABA Public Contract Law Section as well as the IP Law Section. Prior to joining Fenwick, Andrew was an associate at a leading Canadian law firm, where he focused on commercial transactions for technology companies and advised clients in connection with secured and other commercial financing matters.
