Amy advises clients on intellectual property issues that arise in mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, divestitures, and venture capital and strategic investments. She also counsels clients regarding complex litigation issues, including high-profile FCPA investigations, SEC and DOJ investigations, discovery in patent infringement cases and shareholder litigation.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Amy was the director of a nonprofit advocacy organization in California, which provided health insurance advocacy services to people with hearing loss nationwide. Prior to joining the nonprofit advocacy organization, Amy was a partner in a boutique investment banking firm specializing in technology clients.
