Alyssa represents technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Alyssa served as a legal clerk in the homicide division of the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office. Alyssa has also worked as a case manager and courtroom advocate for a nonprofit organization that helps homeless families and individuals across Silicon Valley and Peninsula rapidly return to permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
