Alexis focuses his practice on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity funds and tax controversies.

While attending law school, Alexis served as a founding member of the Notre Dame Tax Clinic, editor for the Journal of College and University Law and received the Faculty Award for Excellence in the Study of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act as well as the Dean Konop Legal Aid Award.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Alexis worked as an associate at an international law firm and as a senior tax consultant at Ernst & Young.
