Adrian advises companies, special committees, and boards in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of litigation and regulatory matters. His experience includes regulatory and internal investigations into alleged accounting fraud, bribery and corruption, insider trading, and whistleblower complaints. He also represents public companies in consumer and securities class actions, private companies in commercial and employment disputes, and executives in their fiduciary duties. In addition, Adrian routinely counsels clients on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation matters, including international cryptocurrency regulations and the development of laws surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
In his active pro bono practice, Adrian secures security deposit returns for low-income households and represents families in adoption proceedings. Adrian also serves on the Board of Directors for the Aids Legal Referral Panel in the Bay Area.
During law school, Adrian was the President of the Student Bar Association and Co-Chair of the Latinx Law Students Association.
