Adam provides strategic counseling to emerging and high-growth technology and life sciences companies on a broad range of corporate matters. His practice includes formations, startup counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, securities law compliance, and corporate governance.

During law school, Adam was a staff editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal and a member of Berkeley Law’s New Business Counseling Practicum. Adam also served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
