Aaron leverages his unique background as a fine artist to craft innovative solutions for clients on intellectual property strategy and protection in a range of industries, from advertising, artificial intelligence, the arts, content creation, crypto and NFTs, eCommerce, gaming, influencers and social media, talent, and cutting-edge entertainment technology (AI, AR, VR, crypto and blockchain.) As an associate in Fenwick's Technology Transactions and Copyright practices, Aaron advises on copyright and intellectual property registration and protection for a range of entertainment, arts and technology clients.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Aaron worked as a law clerk for the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Copyright Office, where he advised on copyright reconsiderations and conducted legal research. While attending Harvard Law School, Aaron co-founded the Harvard Video Game Law Association. Aaron is a member of Fenwick's Video Games Group and AI group.

As an advocate for the advancement of diversity in the legal profession, Aaron serves on the firm's Diverse Talent Outreach group and regularly serves clients pro bono.
