Global M&A Network Honors Fenwick with Outstanding Life Science & HealthTech M&A Law Firm Award
Fenwick was honored as an “Outstanding Life Science & HealthTech M&A Law Firm” at Global M&A Network’s 5th Annual M&A Atlas Middle Market Awards.
In addition, Fenwick was presented with the Corporate Deal of the Year award for its representation of Lessen, a tech-enabled, end-to-end solution for outsourced real estate property services, in its $950 million acquisition of SMS Assist, a facilities maintenance technology company. The firm also received the Tele-Medicine Deal of the Year award for its representation of Nurx, a female-focused digital healthcare company, in its merger with Thirty Madison, a specialty healthcare company for people living with chronic conditions.
