Fenwick corporate lawyer Kyle Canchola was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list of leading lawyers and policymakers.
Described as “a collection of bold risk-takers putting a new twist on the old tools of the trade,” the Forbes 30 Under 30 list highlights 600 individuals across 20 industries, selecting them from over 15,000 nominees and submissions. The list’s Law & Policy section honors 30 young trailblazers influencing government, law and policy.
In its profile of Canchola, Forbes notes he “stands on the frontline of law and tech” and highlights his work with Fenwick as well as his role as an editor for the Stanford Technology Law Review. At Fenwick, Kyle has advised clients such as Facebook, Sonos, Devoted Health, Peloton and Coinbase on strategic acquisitions and equity financings, and investors such as Accel-KKR, Khosla Ventures and GV on multiple technology investments.
Canchola provides counsel to emerging and high-growth technology companies, venture capital firms and other technology investors on a broad range of corporate matters. His practice includes startup counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and corporate governance. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and his law degree from Stanford Law School.
