In the past year, his notable middle market deals include representing Silver Peak in its $925 million acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, lululemon athletica in its $500 million acquisition of MIRROR, CareZone in an asset acquisition by Walmart, AppLovin in its acquisition of Machine Zone, Niantic in its acquisition of 6D.ai, Tubi in its $440 million acquisition by Fox Corporation, Packet in its $335 million acquisition by Equinix, Scout RFP in its $540 million acquisition by Workday and Proofpoint in its $225 million acquisition of ObserveIT.
