Fenwick corporate partners Andy Albertson and Bomi Lee have been named two of the top 11 lawyers helping big-name fintechs go public, raise rounds and cut deals, according to Business Insider.
Albertson is chair of Fenwick’s payment systems practice and co-leads its blockchain industry group. Albertson’s fintech clients include Kraken, OpenSea, SuperRare, Solana, and Compound, among others.
Lee advises both public and private fintechs on M&A and other strategic transactions. This summer, she represented three major fintechs in M&A transactions: Coinbase in its acquisitions of Meemo and Zabo, Bill.com in its acquisitions of Divvy and Invoice2go, and Square in its acquisition of Crew.
