The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) announced Fenwick as the winner of its prestigious Thomas L. Sager Award at its annual Diversity Gala, celebrating the firm's exceptional dedication to fostering a diverse talent pool and championing a more equitable and inclusive work environment.
"We are grateful for the MCCA's acknowledgment of our efforts, and we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that our firm remains a trailblazer in fostering an inclusive environment," said Managing Partner Rodger Cole. "Our steadfast commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is a driving force behind our success and ability to provide exceptional legal services to our clients."
Fenwick was among 20 finalists among law firms of a similar size. Results are based on responses to the 2022 MCCA Law Firm Diversity Survey, the longest-standing data-driven diversity survey in the legal industry. Finalists are selected using a criteria of law firm demographics, leadership composition and the hiring, retention, and promotion of minority lawyers.
