As part of its continuing commitment to diversity and inclusion, Fenwick has achieved Mansfield Certified Plus status from Diversity Lab after participating in the Mansfield 3.0 program.
The Mansfield Rule Certification measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered women, attorneys of color, LGBTQ+ attorneys, and attorneys with disabilities—at least 30 percent of the candidate pool—for recruitment, governance roles, equity partner promotions, and inclusion in formal pitches to clients.
Mansfield Certification Plus status indicates that, in addition to meeting or exceeding the baseline certification requirements, law firms such as Fenwick have successfully reached at least 30 percent diverse lawyer representation in a notable number of their current leadership roles.
Fenwick, one of the first firms to participate in the Mansfield Rule pilot, is also participating in Mansfield 4.0.
