Fenwick Named Western U.S. Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year by Managing IP
Fenwick’s outstanding contributions to the fields of patent prosecution and IP law are once again turning heads—this time at Managing Intellectual Property’s (Managing IP) 2024 Americas Awards, where we landed a Firm of the Year award. Partners Jennifer Stanley and Melanie Mayer also received individual recognitions for their significant representations and influence in their respective practice areas.
Managing IP named Fenwick the Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year for the western U.S. region, spotlighting the firm’s Patents + Emerging Technologies practice. Jennifer’s creative and strategic counsel on intellectual property and commercial transactional matters won her U.S. Practitioner of the Year for IP Transactions, while Melanie’s strong understanding of complex technical issues, with a Ph.D. in molecular biology and genetics, and guidance on high-stakes intellectual property disputes saw her crowned as Washington state's Litigator of the Year for the third time in four years.
