Fenwick Named Technology Law Firm of the Year by Global M&A Network

Fenwick was again named Americas Technology Law Firm of the Year at Global M&A Network’s 2023 M&A Atlas Awards program for Global Markets and the Americas region. Since 2015, the group has recognized Fenwick’s preeminence in tech industry M&A.

The firm earned recognition for its representation of Clif Bar & Company in its $2.9 billion acquisition by Mondelēz International, which was awarded Global Strategic Deal of the Year (Large). The firm also received Americas Private Equity Deal of the Year (Large) honors for its representation of UserTesting in its $1.3 billion acquisition by Thoma Bravo and Sunstone Partners. 

Additionally, M&A partner Victoria Lupu was named one of this year’s Americas Rising Star Dealmakers for her work, including advising UserTesting in its sale and Databricks in its $1.3 billion purchase of MosaicML.
