Fenwick Named ‘Gold Standard’ for Tech M&A

Fenwick’s M&A team took home several awards at the Global M&A Network’s 6th Annual USA M&A Mid-Market Atlas Awards on Monday, June 24, reinforcing Fenwick’s status as the “gold standard” for tech M&A.

Global M&A Network named Fenwick an Outstanding Tech M&A Law Firm, recognizing the firm’s steady and significant contributions to the tech M&A landscape. The group has highlighted Fenwick’s preeminence in the tech industry since 2015.

One deal in particular caught the judges’ eyes: Fenwick won the Corporate/Strategic M&A Deal of the Year Award for guiding Wonder Group in its $103 million acquisition of Blue Apron. The deal made waves in the industry and generated significant press.
