Fenwick Grows New York Startup Practice with Partner Evan Bienstock
New York, NY (April 8, 2019) – Fenwick & West today announced that Evan Bienstock has joined the firm as a corporate partner in its New York office.

Bienstock advises technology companies at all stages of their growth, working closely with entrepreneurs and investors in a range of verticals, including e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, cybersecurity, blockchain and sustainability. He has more than seventeen years of experience advising on venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and complex transactions. Additionally, Bienstock is deeply involved in New York’s startup ecosystem as a mentor, lecturer and collaborator.
