Fenwick Garners Top Honors in Managing IP's 2024 Guide
Managing Intellectual Property (Managing IP) has once again recognized Fenwick among the leading IP practices in the United States, with high rankings nationally, as well as in California, New York, and Washington in its 2024 IP Stars guide.
Fenwick ranked among the top tiers in the U.S. for copyright, IP transactions, IP-related life sciences work, patent prosecution, trademark disputes, and trademark prosecution. Regionally, the firm earned high rankings for copyright, patent disputes, patent prosecution, trademark disputes, and trademark prosecution in California; for patent disputes in New York; and for intellectual property work in Washington.
The guide also singled out 20 Fenwick lawyers across the national and regional jurisdictions for their expertise in copyright, patent, trademark, and transactions. Notably this year, partners Melanie Mayer and Jennifer Stanley also made Managing IP’s elite list of the Top 250 Women in IP.
Earlier this year, Managing IP honored Fenwick at its 2024 Americas Awards, recognizing the firm as the Western U.S. Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year. Partners Jennifer Stanley and Melanie Mayer also received individual recognitions for their significant representations and influence in their respective practice areas, with Stanley winning U.S. Practitioner of the Year for IP Transactions and Mayer taking home Washington state’s Litigator of the Year for the third time in four years.
