Chelsea Anderson, Corporate, Seattle: Chelsea advises clients in the life sciences and technology industries on capital markets and corporate matters. She has worked closely with executives, boards of directors, and underwriters to provide thoughtful counseling in public company capital market transactions, private company financings, and corporate governance matters.
Taimur Case, Corporate, San Francisco: Taimur advises on a broad range of corporate matters to support clients in the high technology and life sciences industries ranging from newly formed startup companies to mature, late-stage private companies, VC funds, and strategic corporate investors. His experience spans a wide variety of corporate matters, including incorporations, venture and debt financings, tender offers and structured secondaries, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Aaron Ginsburg, Corporate, Santa Monica: Aaron counsels leading technology companies and venture capital investors on corporate matters across cutting-edge sectors including AI, fintech, digital health, blockchain, gaming, cybersecurity, data analytics, enterprise SaaS, and sports and entertainment. With a focus on helping startups and high-growth businesses, he guides clients from formation through their various stages of growth, providing practical counsel on corporate governance, fundraising strategies, and market positioning.
Christopher Gorman, Corporate, Seattle: Chris counsels public and private clients on a wide variety of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, carveouts and divestments, tender offers, and strategic investments. He has represented buy-side, including multiple serial acquirers, and sell-side clients on more than $130 billion in M&A transactions, including more than a dozen billion-dollar plus deals. Jessica Kaempf, Litigation, Seattle: Jessica represents innovative companies in complex intellectual property disputes, with a focus on patent and trade secret litigation. Her work spans a variety of technological fields, including AI and data analytics, as well as consumer goods and life sciences. Jessica has experience in all aspects of litigation, and has represented clients in jurisdictions around the country, including the Northern District of California, District of Delaware, District of Massachusetts, Eastern District of Texas, and Western District of Texas.
Jon McMichael, Litigation, Seattle: Jon is an intellectual property litigator and represents innovative companies in patent infringement and other business disputes.
