Kicking off Law360’s Legal Lions of the Week column, a Fenwick patent litigation team was recognized for securing a significant trial win for client Amazon and its subsidiary eero.
On October 11, 2024, a jury in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas concluded that Amazon did not infringe on TrackThings’ three wireless network patents. The jury's decision affirms Amazon and eero’s innovative use of wireless network technologies and fortifies their defense against patent infringement claims.
The Fenwick team included David Hadden, Saina Shamilov, Ravi Ranganath, Vigen Salmastlian, Allen Wang, Todd Gregorian, Jeffrey Ware, Min Wu, Eric Young, Rebecca Fewkes, Daniel Ledesma, Gregory Sefian, Daniel Rabinowitz, Blaine Schmidt, and Doug Etts.
