Fenwick Adds to Santa Monica Office with Corporate Partner Josh Geffon

The Recorder, Law360 and The Deal all reported on corporate partner Josh Geffon joining Fenwick’s new Santa Monica office.

Geffon counsels entrepreneurs, executives and in-house legal teams and works with innovative companies throughout their lifecycles, along with venture capital investors, private equity funds and investment banks.

“The demand for emerging technology and life sciences lawyers will continue to grow in Southern California,” Geffon, who co-chairs the American Bar Association’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee, told The Recorder. “Growing the entire ecosystem in the greater LA region is something that Fenwick prioritized, which aligned with my practice.”

Fenwick’s Santa Monica office helps the firm better serve its more than 200 clients in the greater Los Angeles region and respond to the increasing demand in the Los Angeles technology, life sciences and investment communities. With Geffon’s addition, the office now has more than 20 professionals.
