(NASDAQ: GLUU), a leading global developer and publisher of free-to-play games for smartphone and tablet devices, in its recently announced acquisition of PlayFirst, Inc., creator of casual games such as Diner Dash, Cooking Dash, Hotel Dash and Wedding Dash. Glu has agreed to pay a total consideration of 3 million shares of the company’s common stock along with the assumption of approximately $3.55 million of PlayFirst’s debt.
