Fenwick Represents ZipRecruiter in Its Direct Listing on NYSE

Fenwick represented ZipRecruiter, an online employment marketplace, providing technology-enabled services to connect job seekers and employers of all sizes, in its direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

ZipRecruiter’s Class A common stock began trading under the symbol ZIP on May 26 with a reference price of $18 per share.

Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities, Barclays Capital, Evercore Group, William Blair & Company, and Raymond James & Associates acted as financial advisors to ZipRecruiter. More information can be obtained from ZipRecruiter’s announcement.

This is the second direct listing Fenwick has advised on this year. In April, Fenwick represented Coinbase in its direct listing on Nasdaq, the first major crypto company to go public.
