Fenwick Represents Zerto in $374 Million Acquisition by HPE

Fenwick represented Zerto, an industry leader in cloud data management and protection, in a definitive agreement to be acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE). The transaction is valued at $374 million.

The transaction is expected to occur in the fourth quarter of HPE’s fiscal year 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. More information can be obtained from Zerto's announcement.
