Fenwick represented WorkOS, a platform that enables developers to quickly add enterprise features, in its $80 million Series B financing. The round was led by Greenoaks with participation from previous investors Lachy Groom, Lightspeed Ventures and Abstract Ventures.
Fenwick also represented WorkOS in acquiring Modulz, the company behind the user interface (UI) framework Radix.
